If you had told me fifty years ago—back when I was working with room-sized mainframes and stacks of punch cards—that one day I’d be writing code alongside artificial intelligence to build software in the cloud, I might have told you to check your logic gates.
Yet, here we are.
My journey through the tech landscape has spanned half a century. I’ve worn a lot of hats: serving in the military, navigating civil service IT, and running my own independent technology firm since 1995. I’ve seen languages, frameworks, and hardware generations flash by like highway exit signs.
But through all that change, one truth has remained constant: Technology should serve people, not confuse them.

I don’t believe in "black box" secrets or hoarding tech wizardry behind a curtain. I build with a Glass Box philosophy—everything I create is designed to be transparent, logical, and fully under your control.
These days, I channel my experience into creating practical, offline-first digital tools, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and books designed to strip away the hype and deliver pure, unadulterated utility.
