Looking for What to do Next Reworked
The New Plan
I’ve looked into nearly every side hustle there is. They boil down to these major categories:
- Time for money. Freelancing, Coaching, Building Websites, etc.
- Investing: Stock Market, Crypto, Real Estate, etc.
- Content Creation: Blogging, Copywriting, Book, eBooks, Photography, Print-on-demand, etc.
- Internet Sales: Etsy, Amazon, Websites, etc. Both physical and digital products.
- All of the other ideas: Personal Assistant, Dog Walker, etc.
I decided that I just don’t want to continue to trade hours for money. I don’t have the knowledge or temperament for investing. I don’t want to handle physical items and the drop shipping doesn’t look that great right now.
I’m neither a professional writer nor a photographer.
The gurus say that I should pick one course to follow and devote all my energy to that until it succeeds. I can’t quite bring myself to do that. What I have chosen:
- Blog — Starting with Medium
- Games — Rewriting the three that I have as Progressive Web App (PWA) to use as giveaways to build an email list.
- No/Low Content Books on Amazon.
- Other digital applications on Gumroad and my website.
I’m committing to these for two years to get to a modest profit — Greater than $3000 per month.
I’ll write on various topics on Medium and provide updates on my side hustles. No monetary updates before I get to four figures a month consistently.
