Imagine you’re standing in your backyard, ready to start a simple vegetable garden. You begin with a couple of rows for tomatoes and cucumbers, and soon you add a trellis for peas and a small corner for herbs.

Before you know it, you have a little ecosystem that’s both useful and beautiful. Now imagine doing this, but instead of vegetables, you’re growing ideas. That’s what building a digital garden is all about.

A digital garden is a personal space online where you keep your ideas, notes, research, and reflections.

Unlike social media or blogs, which are usually about polished and finished content, a digital garden is about letting ideas grow in a natural way.

It’s a place where you can experiment, develop your thoughts, and come back to them as they grow. It’s messy and always changing — just like a real garden.

For example, while a blog post might be a finished recipe, a digital garden note could just be a list of ingredients you’re playing with.
