Entropy, Gravity, and Death. Just mentioning these concepts is enough to send a person into a deep depression. They are the three horsemen of the apocalypse that we all face, whether we like it or not. And while we can try our best to stave off their impact for as long as possible, the hard truth is that eventually, they will catch up to us all. We will all get old, and we will all die.

But just because growing old is inevitable does not mean that it is something to be feared. Growing old can be a wonderful time of life if you allow it to be. It is a time to slow down, reflect on your life and your accomplishments, and enjoy the company of those you love most. It can be a time of great joy and happiness. So if you are afraid of growing old, I invite you to read on and learn more about why there is nothing to fear.

It’s perfectly normal to feel some apprehension about growing old. After all, growing old means change — and change can be scary. But just because change is scary does not mean that it should be avoided at all costs. Change can also be exciting, invigorating, and downright wonderful. So instead of letting your fear of change control you, why not embrace it? Why not let yourself grow and change…
